Purpose

Creating shared care for a place people know by name.

Win Back Waipahu brings together residents, businesses, property owners, community organizations, and public partners who want to strengthen Waipahu. The initiative focuses on listening to local concerns, identifying shared priorities, and supporting practical follow-up where coordination is needed.

Community ownership starts with people who know the area best. If you live, work, worship, do business, or serve in Waipahu, your observations can help shape the next conversation and point the office toward issues that need attention.
